Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Making Method: First drill a hole at the bottom of the mold, then insert the candle wick and fix the candle wick with a holder, finally pour the candle liquid, and wait it to solidify, then it can be easily demoulded. (Our molds with high density and thickness, will not leak after drilling).

Easy Demoulding: The mold is soft and well designed, simply push after wax is fully shaped and get your candle in complete.
